This page provides a detailed breakdown of exactly what data Stream Tracker collects, why we collect it, and how long we retain it.

Twitch Scopes We Request

We only request the minimum scopes needed for each feature:

user:read:email

Purpose: Pre-fill email for billing (optional)

Used by: Stripe checkout

moderator:read:followers

Purpose: Fetch follower list with identities

Used by: Follower directory, unfollow detection

Note: Only requested when you enable follower identity tracking

channel:read:subscriptions

Purpose: Track subscriber events (optional)

Used by: Supporter leaderboards

bits:read

Purpose: Track cheer events (optional)

Used by: Supporter leaderboards

How to Delete Your Data

  1. Go to Settings in the app
  2. Click "Delete Account"
  3. Confirm deletion
  4. All your data will be purged within 30 days

Alternatively, email Support@picassoraynestudios.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your Twitch username.

How to Export Your Data

Pro subscribers can export their data:

  • Followers: Growth page → Followers tab → Export CSV
  • Clips: Clips page → Select clips → Create Story
  • Analytics: Dashboard → View detailed metrics

Free users can request a data export by emailing Support@picassoraynestudios.com

Third-Party Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your data.

Data is only shared with:

  • Twitch - To fetch your channel data (via their API)
  • Stripe - To process Pro subscription payments

Security Measures

  • ✅ OAuth tokens encrypted with AES-256 at rest
  • ✅ HTTPS for all data transmission
  • ✅ Regular security audits
  • ✅ No third-party analytics or tracking
  • ✅ CSRF protection on all forms
  • ✅ Rate limiting to prevent abuse
