Stream Tracker ("we," "our," or "us") is a service provided by Picasso Rayne Studios LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Stream Tracker application.

2.1 Twitch Account Information

When you connect your Twitch account, we collect:

• Twitch User ID - Your unique Twitch identifier
• Login/Username - Your Twitch username
• Display Name - Your display name on Twitch
• Profile Image URL - Link to your Twitch profile picture
• Email Address - Only if you grant email scope

2.2 Channel Tracking Data

For channels you choose to track:

• Channel identifiers and display names
• Follower count snapshots (taken periodically)
• Follower identity information (if enabled): User IDs, usernames, profile images, follow dates
• Clip metadata: titles, view counts, creator names, creation dates
• Stream session data: start/end times, viewer counts

2.3 EventSub Data

If you enable real-time notifications:

• Raid events: raider channel, viewer count
• Subscription events: subscriber info, tier, message
• Cheer events: bits amount, message

2.4 Billing Information

For Pro subscribers:

• Stripe Customer ID (we do not store credit card numbers)
• Subscription status and expiration date

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the Stream Tracker service
• Display analytics dashboards and growth metrics
• Generate overlay content for your streams
• Process subscriptions and payments
• Send service-related notifications (optional)
• Improve and optimize our service

4. Data Storage & Security

• Encryption: OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256
• Database: Data is stored in SQLite databases with proper access controls
• Least Privilege: We request only the Twitch scopes necessary for functionality
• No Sharing: We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing

5. Data Retention

• Account Data: Retained while your account is active
• Analytics Data: Retained for 2 years for historical analysis
• EventSub Events: Retained for 90 days
• Deleted Accounts: Data is purged within 30 days of account deletion

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your data
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data
• Export: Export your data in CSV format (Pro feature)
• Revoke: Disconnect your Twitch account at any time

7. Third-Party Services

We integrate with:

• Twitch: For authentication and API data (Twitch Privacy Policy)
• Stripe: For payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

9. Children's Privacy

Stream Tracker is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
